The 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers is 451.9m high standing tall on the former Selangor Turf Club land. The RM1.8 billion Petronas Twin Towers building was designed by Argentinian Architect Cesar Pelli. The Petronas Twin towers was officially opened on National day by Malayisa 4th Prime Minister Tun Doctor Mahathir Mohammad on August 31, 1999.
A192ft-long (58.4m) double-decker skybridge linking the two towers at the 41st and 42nd floors (175m above street level).

Adjacent to the base of the Petronas Twin Towers is the Suria KLCC - Kuala Lumpur city's premier shopping mall with more then 200 specialty stores, fashion boutiques and departmental stores. Outside Suria KLCC is the beautiful KLCC park designed by the famous Brazilian landscapist the late Roberto Burle Marx.
